Performer General Auditions Call Out

Applications have now closed.

We will be holding general auditions for performers at ARA Darling Quarter Theatre from 7-9 February 2024.

We've never done a general casting call before and we'd love to see who’s out there! We have lots of productions on in the next few years and would love to know who’s interested in performing great theatre for young people.

Bring a skill. Or six. We’d love to see you perform (bring a scene or a monologue), see your puppetry and clowning skills, movement based skills and singing. We just want to see you and what you’d like to show us.

The team that will be present for the auditions will be Artistic Director Eva Di Cesare and Producer Emma Khamis. We look forward to meeting you and seeing you perform.

We wish to celebrate an entirely inclusive and accurate representation of Australia within our productions and encourage performers from diverse backgrounds to put themselves forward for this general audition.
