Impact Report 2023

Reflecting on our impact and accomplishments in 2023, highlighting the meaningful changes we’ve achieved and the outcomes we’ve delivered.

Our Approach
What underpins our impact
Evidence shows that engaging with performing arts can have profound impact on young people’s lives. However, not all young people experience these benefits. Our impact is driven to respond.
We bring theatre to young people

Ensuring more young people experience the wonder of live performances by bringing theatre directly to communities, especially in regional and remote areas.

Our access work focus on students from schools with limited resources, children managing medical challenges or are being supported in Out-of-Home care.

We create diverse Australian stories

Our productions reflect the rich diversity of young Australians, helping them see themselves in stories that celebrate who they are.

We spark moments for emotional growth

We bring stories to life that help young people navigate emotions, understand relationships, and learn about their world. Our bold, imaginative productions aren’t always serious—we also create moments of joy and fun.

Our students gained confidence and enthusiasm, with many going on to join school productions or pursue further study in the creative arts. ”
