Experience Li's inspiring story through drama and storytelling, exploring themes of courage, resilience and hope.

In this transformative workshop, students will immerse themselves in the extraordinary journey of Li Cunxin, as told in The Peasant Prince. Guided by our expert Teaching Artists, they will explore the remarkable tale of a young peasant boy’s journey from rural China to the international stage through creative drama activities.

Through hands-on exercises, students will discover how movement, voice, and storytelling bring this inspiring story to life. They’ll delve into characterisation, themes of perseverance, and the power of dreams, creating their own interpretations of Li’s remarkable journey.

Each one-hour session is tailored to students from Years 3 to 6, with content adjusted to suit their age and needs. Workshops can accommodate up to 30 students at $15 + GST per student, with a minimum charge of $300.
